How can I return the product I purchased?

For the return of the products you purchased from lumoscosmetics.com, you must return the product free of charge along with your package and the sales invoice sent to you.

In order to provide you with better service, we kindly request that you write the reason for the return in the return section at the bottom of the invoice. Returns are free of charge.

What are the Return Conditions?

After you receive the products of your order, without impairing its resalability 60 days in for free You can return it.

The product(s) must be sent to us in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and not damaged as a result of usage error.

The resalability of your returned product will be verified by our returns & exchange team. Products are inspected for signs of wear and tear, wear and tear, and usage.

The product cards attached to the products should not be removed. In case of dislike or size change after trying on, the product cards are the first thing to be checked.

A torn product card (tag) prevents returns. Returns are not accepted. Please do not tear the cards.

Refund will be made after the return process;

The customer fee will be refunded within 2 business days of receiving the return notification. For credit card purchases, the amount paid by the customer will be transferred to the bank within 7 business days of receiving the customer's return request. The bank will then decide whether the fee will be transferred to the customer's account. For orders paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via a transfer to the requested IBAN.
